Celebrating New England Makers

Several years ago I attended a gathering of more than 200 local food producers. Looking at the crowded room, I was struck by the passion and tenacity of those around me, who work day in and day out to make their dreams a reality.

Many years of working for an artisan food producer myself has shown me firsthand the dedication that is at the heart of those who create. By never compromising quality and by building genuine connections, one customer at a time, they have grown and flourished, producing award-winning products enjoyed by thousands of devoted fans in New England and beyond.

Many of our neighbors are doing the same in other fields, too - making beautiful and useful products with their hands and imaginations - and the idea for this website was born from a desire to share their wonderful work with the world.
